Trapezoid threaded spindle
4 Spindles with trapezoidal threads guarantee precise adjustment and allow the heaviest loads on the planer table. The table height adjustment guideways (A + B) also stabilize the table against lateral movement particularly in the outfeed direction.

Adjusting the depth of cut
The chip removal can be adjusted continuously to up to 2/8” (8 mm). The magnifying glass guarantees accurate reading of the scale.

The system cutterblock
Decades ago Felder introduced the double-sided disposable planer knife system. After each cutterblock knife change, start again with perfectly adjusted machine edged planer knives. Its much faster and more economical than the standard system.
It’s mere child’s play to change the planer knives. In less than a few minutes, you can change all the 4 or 6 knives on the cutterblock. Sharp Felder planer knives instantly ready for action!
