Flush and Radius trimming module
The biggest advantage of the new multi-functional combination unit is the amount of space its aves in the machine. Adjustment of the settings from flush to bevelled finish for thin edges and also radius trimming is quick and easy. 2 mm radius tooling is included as standard and if required we can also equip your machine with 3 mm tooling at no extra cost.

Pressure roller
The pressure roller unit consists of one large roller followed by a smaller one. The purpose of the unit is to improve the glue bond between the edge and the material. The unit is mechanically spring loaded and due to the "Quick" setup system, can be adjusted exactly to the required edge thickness. Due to the adjustable spring system, a perfect bond betweem the panel and edge is guarranteed.

For the trimming of coiled material up to 3 mm thick.

Sawing module With a 45° cut
The highly precise linear guides ensure that the twin saw blade cutting unit executes perfect cuts. The end cutting saw blades traverse at 45°, ensuring that the cut is tear free. It is possible to set a 20° bevel cut to trim thin edges.

Scraping Unit - Radius scraping unit (Optional)
Fine tunes the edge radius as well as removing excess glue.

Scraping Unit - Flush scraping unit (Optional)
This unit removes any remaining glue residue from the panel, leaving a perfect finish requiring no extra finishing.

Buffing unit
The buffing unit leaves a super finish on ABS and PVC edging, and removes any discolouring of the edge, noticable especially when working with dark edge material.
