The system cutterblock
With an 3½” diameter (88 mm) knife cutting radius, knife cutter block and the unique Felder system cutterblock technology, the planed finish reaches a new higher level
Fifteen years ago, Felder introduced the double sided disposable planer knife system. After each cutterblock knife change, start again with perfectly adjusted machine edged planer knives. Its much faster and more economical than the traditional systems.
Its mere child’s play to change the planer knives. In less than a few minutes you can change either the 4 knife cutterblock. Felder planer knives are instantly ready for action!

High-Speed Router Spindle
The high speed router spindle
is designed for router shaft diameters of
Ø ¼”–⅝” (6–16 mm) and a speed of
16,000 rpm.

Perfect technology
The jointer fence may be tilted to any degree between 90° to 45°. There are positive-stops at the 90° and 45° positions.

Open planer table
A space saving solution with optimum ergonomics: Jointer tables tilt away from the user operating area, this ensures working with your Felder is as user-friendly as possible and also requires less workshop space.

The Horizontal Mortiser
The Horizontal Mortiser is mounted on the jointer-planer side. An optional dowelling device can be added to increase the mortiser capability.

crosscut fence
The crosscut fence 51” (1300 mm) for crosscuts between +45° and –45°. The fence can be attached to the sliding table with out the use of tools. The end stop provides you with the exact 90° position.

Stop scale
The bevelled miter scale with hairline readout is visible from the operating area and thus allows exact reading of the required crosscut value.

Precision miter index system: accuracy in setting angles
The double miter system on the outrigger table with telescopic stop 102“ is standard for Professional models.
It’s exactly this feature that allows you to execute very accurate miter cuts from +45° to –45°, in a quick and easy way.
For those who want even more accurate settings, we equip the outrigger table with the ”precision miter index system.“ With this you can select predrilled positioning stops in steps of 5°, but also at 22.5°, by means of the index locating pin at the telescopic stop from +45° to –45°.

For the professional processing of sheet material the saw can be equipped with the independently adjustable scoring unit.

The precision-fence “240”
The fence can house tooling of up to 9” with fine adjustment of the out-feed fence from –5 to +25 mm. The dust extraction is carried out via an integrate extraction port at the rear. The table open diameter is 7”, a huge advantage when working with large tooling below the table.
